摘 要:现有各种锻件的表面氧化皮与残留润滑剂的清除方法均存在不足。为此,本文提出了利用压缩空气喷射干冰颗粒、冲击锻件表面以实现清理的新思路。分析了锻件干冰清理的技术特性并进行了可行性研究。结果表明,在气源压力为0.8 MPa时,干冰清洗对低碳钢板表面浮锈的清除效果很好,对碳钢锻件表面的氧化皮也具有一定的去除效果,但对钛合金锻件表面残留玻璃润滑剂的去除效果较差。The existing methods for removing the oxide skin and remained lubricant on forgings have deficiencies. For this, the new idea using compressed air sprayed dry ice particles and impacted forging surface to achieve clean was put forward. The technical characteristics of forging dry ice cleaning were analyzed. And the feasibility study was carried out. The results show that during the air pressure is 0.8 MPa, scavenging effect of dry ice cleaning on low carbon steel surface floating rust is very good, while it also has certain removal effect on the surface oxide skin of carbon steel forgings. But the removal efficiency of residual glass lubricant on the surface of titanium alloy forgings is poor.
