摘 要:以DX51D+Z热镀锌板为研究对象,通过改变热轧卷取温度进行了普通热镀锌家电板工艺优化,并对高强度热镀锌家电板的光整延伸率进行了优化,利用拉伸试验机及动电位极化曲线试验对其性能进行了测试。结果表明:热轧卷取温度由730℃降低到660℃而光整延伸率在0.8%~1.0%时,板材的屈服强度达280~290 MPa;热镀锌板钝化膜涂覆60 mg/m2时,腐蚀电位达到最大,腐蚀速率最小,耐腐蚀性最好。Taking DX51D+Z hot-dip galvanized sheet as the research object, the process of ordinary hot-dip galvanized household appliances sheet was optimized by changing the hot rolling coiling temperature. And the skin pass rolling elongation of high strength hot dip galvanized household appliances sheet was optimized. The performance was tested by using the tensile testing machine and potentiodynamic polarization curve test. The results show that when the coiling temperature of hot rolling is reduced from 730 ℃ to 660 ℃ and the skin pass rolling elongation is at 0.8%-1.0%, the yield strength of the sheet material reaches 280-290 MPa; when hot-dip galvanized passive film coats 60 mg/m^2, the corrosion potential reaches the maximum, the corrosion rate is the smallest, and the corrosion resistance is the best.
