摘 要:采用单级人工时效的方式对7N01铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头进行焊后热处理,并对其显微组织和力学性能进行研究。显微组织试验结果表明,经过时效处理的接头各区域晶粒尺寸与热处理前相比未发生明显改变。力学性能试验结果显示,焊核区显微硬度从110 HV提高到126 HV,屈服强度从233 MPa提高到320 MPa,抗拉强度从338 MPa提高到362 MPa,但塑性下降,试件在侧弯试验中发生断裂。The post weld heat treatment of 7N01 aluminum alloy friction stir welding joint was carried out by using the single-stage artificial aging method, and the microstructure and mechanical properties were studied. The experimental results of microstructure show that compared with the original joint, the grain size of welded joint after aging treatment doesn't change significantly. The experimental results of mechanical properties show that the microhardness of weld zone increases from 110 HV to 126 HV, the yield strength increases from 233 MPa to 320 MPa, and the tensile strength increases from 338 MPa to 362 MPa. While the elongation decreases, the test specimen breaks in lateral bending test.
