摘  要:针对不锈钢件冲孔翻边时的开裂问题,对其影响因素进行了分析。从减小摩擦力和降低模具发热入手,制定出改变应力状态的方法。在变形金属与模具间加一层导热性较差的石墨乳、锯木屑等非金属材料或翻边时在金属变形区外层加一层塑性好的金属,解决了塑性差的不锈钢件冲孔翻边时开裂的问题。Aiming at the cracking problem of stainless steel during punching flanging, the influencing factors were analyzed. Starting with decreasing the friction force and reducing the die heating, the method of changing stress state was constituted. Cracking problem of poor plastic stainless steel parts during punching flanging was solved by adding a layer of poor thermal conductivity of graphite milk, sawdust and other non-metallic materials between the deformed metal and the die, or adding a layer of good plastic metal on the outer layer of the metal deformation zone during flanging.
