摘  要:分析了热轧带钢表面彗星状结疤缺陷的形成过程及分布规律,并对彗星状缺陷的微观组织进行了成分分析。结果表明,机架间使用的直接冷却水蒸气吸附于机架内各处,产生大量的水垢,水垢、锈蚀、机架内灰尘和油脂等物质混合形成机架积垢物,该积垢物在轧制过程中由于机架振动等原因剥落,掉落至带钢表面并随工作辊轧入带钢表面,是形成热轧带钢表面彗星状缺陷的主要原因。The formation process and distribution rule of comet shaped scar defects on surface of hot rolled strip were analyzed. And the constituent of the microstructure of comet type defects was analyzed. The results show that the direct cooling water vapor used between the machine frames is absorbed in the frames, and a large number of scale deposit is produced. The scale deposit, rust, dust and grease rack and other materials are mixed to form fouling material of the frames. Due to the frame vibration, the fouling materials are peeled off, and drop to the surface of the strip steel and roll to the surface of the strip steel with the work roll. It is main cause of forming comet shaped defect on surface of hot rolled strip steel.
