摘 要:利用OM、EDS、SEM等对焊丝用冷轧带钢生产过程中出现的条块状缺陷进行了表面形貌分析,并用显微硬度计测试硬度,研究了缺陷的形成原因并提出相应整改措施。结果表明,带钢表层的粗晶组织是在热轧工序中形成的,在后续冷轧过程中,粗晶区和细晶区交界部位形成应力集中,以及晶界处硫化物等夹杂富集是导致表面开裂和出现条块状缺陷的主要原因。通过焊丝钢成分调整、热轧温度及卷取工艺的控制,条块状缺陷基本消失。The surface morphologies of the strip and block defects of the cold rolled strip steel for welding wire were analyzed by means of SEM and OM and EDS. And micro-hardness was tested with micro-hardness tester. The cause of defect formation was studied, and the corresponding corrective measures were put forward. The results show that the coarse grain microstructure of strip steel surface layer is formed in hot rolling process. In the subsequent cold rolling process, the stress concentration is formed in the junction zone between the coarse grain zone and the fine-grained zone, as well as the enrichment of sulfide and other inclusions at the grain boundary is the main reason leading to surface cracking and the bulk defects. Blocky defects disappear basically by adjusting the composition of welding wire steel and controlling the hot rolling temperature and coiling process.
