日粮粗纤维水平对八眉二元母猪行为规癖的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究日粮粗纤维水平对互助八眉二元母猪行为规癖的影响。随机选取40头体况和胎次相近的互助八眉二元经产母猪,并将其分为高纤维组、中纤维组、低纤维组、对照组(妊娠前期饲粮粗纤维水平分别为13.95%、11.02%、7.83%和4.33%,妊娠中期分别为11.93%、9.26%、6.38%和4.33%)。结果表明:妊娠母猪采食中纤维组日粮,可以减少母猪行为规癖的发生,趴卧行为在妊娠前期和妊娠中期分别极显著高于对照组8.94%、7.85%(P<0.01);妊娠期高纤维组和中纤维组的采食时间极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);妊娠前期中纤维组与围栏有关的行为显著低于对照组2.13%(P<0.05);对照组母猪与地面有关的行为表现最差,在妊娠中期极显著高于中纤维组7.04%(P<0.01);中纤维组母猪无食咀嚼行为和喊叫行为表现最好,在妊娠前期和中期均要极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。综合分析得出,中纤维组母猪日粮(妊娠前期11.02%、妊娠中期9.26%)可显著改善妊娠母猪行为规癖的发生。The experiment aims at discussing the influences on the stereotyped behavior of huzhu bamei binary sows with different level of crude fiber. Forty sows, with similar body condition and breeding time, were randomly divided into high fiber group, middle fiber group, low fiber group and control group （the dietary fiber levels in early pregnancy were 13.95%, 11.02%, 7.83%, 4.33%, respectively, and 11.93%, 9.26%, 6.38%, 4.33% in middle pregnancy）. The study revealed that the diets of pregnant sows with middle fiber group lessens the chances of stereotyped behavior, the rate of lying behavior on the middle fiber group in the earlier and middle pregnancy was significantly higher（P〈0.01） than that the control group by 8.94% and 7.85%; The feeding time on high group and middle group was higher than control group（P〈0.01）;The behavior related to the fence of the middle fiber group was less than that of the control one by 2.13% in the early pregnancy（P〈0.05）; The behavior related to the ground of the control group shows the worst of all, which was much significantly higher than the middle one in the middle pregnancy（P〈0.01） by 7.04%.The vacuum chewing behavior and shouting behavior of the middle group was best, much significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.01）. In conclusion, the result showed that the diet in middle fiber group （11.02% in the early pregnancy and 9.26% in the mid pregnancy） can significantly improved the happening of stereotyped behavior on the pregnancy sows.
