畜禽规模养殖户参保及保费支付意愿分析——基于对蛋鸡规模养殖户的调查

摘　　要：生产风险和市场风险对畜禽养殖收益的影响日趋严重,亟需畜禽保险的保障。在此背景下,本文以蛋鸡为例,利用调研得到的7省479个蛋鸡规模养殖户的生产经营数据,实证分析了规模养殖户的参保及保费支付意愿。研究发现:有意愿购买保险的养殖户希望获得有财政补贴的政策性保险;蛋鸡养殖户的受教育程度和蛋鸡养殖收入正向影响其参保及保费支付意愿;为保障收入,养殖规模越大的养殖户越有意愿购买保险并支付较高的保费,而蛋鸡养殖年限制约了蛋鸡养殖户参保及保费支付的意愿;市场风险、培训对蛋鸡养殖户参保及保费支付意愿具有显著的正向影响,表明养殖户的风险管理首选目标已经由收回基本的生产成本转向确保获取稳定的经营利润。因此,可通过培训等手段对蛋鸡保险进行宣传和引导,并出台鸡蛋价格指数保险或目标价格保险等政策性保险来满足养殖户的需求。The risks in production and market＇s impact on livestock farming income have been increasingly serious, which need insurance＇s protection urgently. In this context, taking layer for example, using the production and business operation data of 479 layer scale farmers in 7 provinces obtained by field research, this paper made the empirical analysis of layer scale farmers＇ insured and premium payment will. The research found that： the farmers be willing to purchase insurance wish to get the policy insurance with fiscal subsidy, the farmer＇s educational level and layer breeding income affects the farmers＇ insured and premium payment will positively; In order to ensure the income, the bigger scaled farmers are more willing to buy insurance and pay higher premiums, but the years limit of layer breeding restricted the farmers＇ will; the market risk and training has significant positive influence on layer farmers＇ will, showing that farmers＇ risk management goal has turned from recovery of basic cost of production to stable operation profit, the insurance companies could produce the policy insurances such as eggs price index insurance or target price insurance to meet the needs of farmers.
