摘　　要：改革开放以来,外资开始进入我国矿业领域,对金矿资源开发管理提出了许多新的要求。本文梳理了外资进入我国金矿资源开发的历史进程,通过对外资进入金矿资源开发现状及对我国影响的分析,研究提出金矿资源开发外资进入管理建议:(1)持续开展金矿业权权属调查监测;(2)建立外资进入金矿资源开发多部门沟通协商机制;(3)区别对待不同时期进入的外资矿业权,妥善处理历史遗留问题;(4)金矿资源坚持自主开发原则。Since the reform and opening-up, foreign capitals flowing in Chinese mineral industry has brought forward to a lot of new requirements for gold resource development. This article has summarized the historical process of foreign capitals＇ entry into Chinese gold resources development. Through analyzing the current status of foreign capitals＇ entry and influences on China, the paper has propose suggestions on managing the entry of foreign capitals in gold resources development ：Continuously carrying out investigation and monitoring of gold mining rights ownership; Establishing multi-sector communication and negotiation mechanism of foreign capitals＇ entry in gold resources development; Differently treating foreign capital mining rights in different entry periods, and appropriately deal with problems left over by history;Adhering to gold resources independent development principles.
