摘 要:依托于云南磷化集团晋宁磷矿6~#坑深部缓倾斜中厚磷矿充填法地下采矿工程,对充填法模型试验的试验方案、相似材料配比、试验台架、开挖模拟技术、试验量测方案与技术等进行了探索研究,并通过室内平面应变相似模拟模型试验和数值模拟等对缓倾斜中厚磷矿层上向分层充填法地下开采过程中地下采场围岩的应力和变形活动规律、松动范围等进行了分析研究。研究结果表明:模型试验围岩破坏主要发生在顶板中部,破坏模式为块体塌落,且围岩竖向应力的变化呈现拱形,并且以采空区为中心向外扩展,位移最大的位置在顶板中部,朝向采空区,应注意靠近开挖侧的围岩位移的变化。Based on the underground mining engineering with overhead cut and fill stoping in the slightly inclined medium thick phosphate layer of pit 6~ of Jinning phosphate mine of Yunnan Phosphate Chemical Group Co., the test scheme, the material proportion, the test rig, the excavation simulation method,and the measurement technology of the model test for overhand cut and fill stoping are researched and explored. Moreover, the laws of rock stress and deformation, and the loose zone in the process of overhand cut and fill stoping are researched and analyzed,through plane strain similar simulation model test and numerical simulation. Research results show that: ①rock failure mainly appears in the middle of roof in the model test,and the failure mode is block falling;② the variation of the vertical stress of the rock forms an arch shape,and the center of the arch is the mine goaf;③maximum displacement occurs in the middle of the roof, and develops towards the goal, thus the displacement variation of the surrounding rock near excavation side should be paid much attention.
