摘 要:当地下矿山采用胶结充填开采方法时,充填体的强度是影响其在地下矿产开采过程中是否稳定的直接因素,并且关系到采场围岩的稳定性和充填成本,而合理的充填材料配比是关键。本文在室内充填试验的基础上,利用数值模拟手段对四种灰砂比的充填体进行充填开采仿真模拟,分析了胶结充填体的变形特性,结果表明充填体的失稳主要从与下盘围岩接触的底部开始发生破坏,然后沿充填体与下盘的接触面向上、以及在与底板接触面处沿充填体倾向方向这两个方向逐渐发生变形破坏;对采场中的位移、应力和塑性区等围岩力学响应特征进行了对比分析,结果表明,当灰砂比为1∶8时,充填体能够维护采场稳定并且充填材料成本较低。研究结果对矿山充填工程具有一定的指导意义。Local mines with cemented filling mining method, the strength of the filling body is the direct factor that affects the stability of the underground mining, and it relates to the stability of Stope wall rock and filling cost, reasonable ratio of filling material is the key. Based on the laboratory filling test of this article,using numerical simulation methods on four kinds of cement-sand ratio of filling to fill mining simulation, analysis on the deformation characteristics of cemented filling, the results show that the failure of the fill is mainly from the bottom of it and which contact with the footwall, then the contact area and the footwall upwards along the filling body, and in the bottom interface tendency direction along the filling body, the two direction gradual deformation. Comparative analysis on mechanical response of surrounding rock,such as displacement, stress and plastic zone, et al, the results show that the filling body is able to maintain the stability of the stope and the filling material cost is lower, when the cement-sand ratio is 1:8. The research results have certain significance on mine-filling works.
