摘　　要：[目的/意义]对国内外网络舆情相关研究进展进行梳理回顾,并在此基础上对网络舆情分析与治理研究的未来工作重点做出展望。[方法/过程]从网络舆情的内容、运动特征、信息受众3个方面以及微观、中观、宏观3个维度分别阐述了网络舆情分析与治理研究所取得的前沿成果,并剖析目前研究存在的若干瑕疵。[结果/结论]引入网络舆情场理论能对日益苛刻的网络舆情分析与治理的研究与实践需要做出积极回应。[ Purpose/significance ] This paper reviews literatures on the research of network public opinion analysis and governance in home and abroad. Based on this, the paper prospects for the future work of network public opinion analysis and governance research. [ Method/process ] Frontier results are described separately from three aspects which are the content, the movement characteristics and the audience of network public opinion analysis, and three dimensions which are micro, meso and macro of network public opinion governance. Then, some defects in the current research are analyzed. [ Result/conclusion ] The introduction of network public opinion field theory can make a positive response for increasingly harsh needs of network public opinion analysis and governance research and practice.
