摘　　要："一带一路"战略背景下,国际化人才的培养需要根据对外开放的新步伐做出相应调整,培养能够进行跨文化理解与沟通的新型国际化人才是当务之急,需要高校在人才培养方案中加强外语能力、跨文化能力的培养,同时增加经济贸易基础知识、中国优秀传统文化等课程内容,并尝试建立与国内国外相关机构联合培养人才的新模式。The cultivation of international talents needs to be adjusted, in the face of the launching of Belt and Road Initiative, in accordance with new developments in the opening-up process. Therefore, cultivating modern international talents who are capable of conducting intercultural communication becomes an urgent task. To achieve this, colleges should attach importance to improving students＇ language skills and ability in intercultural communication. Meanwhile, increasing courses regarding basics of economy and trade and traditional Chinese culture are also necessary. Moreover, colleges should try to start new models of talents cultivation in cooperation with both domestic and foreign institutions.
