枸地氯雷他定联合组织胺人免疫球蛋白治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察枸地氯雷他定联合组织胺人免疫球蛋白治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法 68例慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组采用口服枸地氯雷他定治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予组织胺人免疫球蛋白皮下注射治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的病情评分、临床疗效及复发率。结果两组患者治疗前病情评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗30 d后,观察组患者病情评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组治疗总有效率为88.24%,显著高于对照组的61.76%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。停药3个月后,观察组复发率为10.00%,显著低于对照组的38.10%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为11.76%,与对照组的5.88%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用枸地氯雷他定联合组织胺人免疫球蛋白治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著,能够降低患者复发率,值得推广。Objective To observe clinical effect by desloratadine citrate disodium combined with histamine human immunoglobulin in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 68 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received oral administration of desloratadine citrate disodium for treatment, and the observation group received additional subcutaneous injection of histamine human immunoglobulin to therapy in the control group. Comparison was made on disease scores before and after treatment, clinical effect and recurrence rate between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference of disease score between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）. After 30 d of treatment, the observation group had obviously lower disease score than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.01）. The observation group had much higher total effective rate in treatment as 88.24% than 61.76% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. In 3 months after drug withdrawal, the observation group had obviously lower recurrence rate as 10.00% than 38.10% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The observation group had incidence of adverse reactions as 11.76%, which was 5.88% in the control group, and their difference had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Implement of desloratadine citrate disodium combined with histamine human immunoglobulin in the treatment of chronic urticaria shows excellent curative effect, along with lowered recurrence rate in patients. It is worth promoting.
