老年支气管哮喘应用孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗的效果评估及研究

摘　　要：目的分析孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗老年支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法 84例老年支气管哮喘患者,采用随机数字法分为对照组与实验组,每组42例。对照组采取常规治疗方法,实验组接受孟鲁司特、布地奈德联合疗法。对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比。结果实验组总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组肺哮鸣音、咳嗽、呼吸困难等临床症状改善时间均短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特联合布地奈德疗法治疗老年支气管哮喘,治疗效果显著,可明显缓解老年患者临床症状,提高疗效,用药安全有效。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of senile bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 84 bronchial asthma patients were divided by random number method into control group and experimental group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy, and the experimental group received combined therapy of montelukast and budesonide. Clinical treatment effect was compared in two groups. Results The experimental group had higher total effective rate as 95.24% than 80.95% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The experimental group had shorter clinical symptom improvement time of lung wheezing rale, cough and dyspnea than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of montelukast and budesonide shows significant treatment effect in the treatment of senile bronchial asthma, and it can clearly relieve clinical symptoms of senile patients, and improve the curative effect, along with its safe and effective drug use.
