摘　　要：在国家教育政策和法规框架下,依据高等师范教育和基础教育改革与发展要求,结合云南师范大学的办学任务和特色,梳理了云南师范大学物理与电子信息学院物理师范生科研素质培养实践的指导思想和基本思路;介绍了培养体系、具体做法以及取得的一些代表性成果;总结了探索和实践获得的认识.In the national education policy and regulatory frameworks, based on the requirements of higher normal education and basic education reform and development, comhined the tasks and characteristics of yunnan normal university, the report cards the guiding ideology and basic ideas of the training of educational research quality to the physics students in yunnan normal university; and introduces the training system and the specific practices, as well as some representative results achieved; and summarizes the understanding of the exploration and practice obtained.
