40例银屑病患者个性、应激、情绪以及生化改变的初步探讨

摘　　要：对40例银屑病患者进行艾森克个性问卷、生活事件问卷、STAI 和 Zung 氏抑郁量表(SDS)测查,发现半数病人人格明显偏离常态;65%的病人在发病前或复发前存在中等强度以上的负性生活事件;STAI 和 Zung 氏量表测得分银屑病人显著高于正常对照;对其中16例病人进行地塞米松抑制试验(DST)及24小时尿 MHPG.SO_4浓度测定发现,DST 的阳性检出率为31.3%,尿 MHPG.SO_4浓度明显离散。Fourty psoriasis patients(PP)were assessed with EPQ,Chinese life events inventory,SIAIand SAS in a comparison with 40 matched normal controls:The results showed that among the 40 PPs,20(50%)were of extroversion and 17(42.5%)were of emotional instability in EPQ evaluation,26 PPs(65%)had preexperienced with negative life events of higher intensity.Additionally,out of the 40 PPs,16 were test-ed to show a significantly deviated concentration of urine MHPG·S04 and 5(31.3%)of the 16 were as withpositive DST reaction.
