品管圈干预在缓解普外科医护人员同情疲劳中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈干预对缓解普外科医生同情疲劳中的作用。方法选取湖北省某三甲医院普外科全体42名医护人员作为调查对象,于2016年1-9月采用问卷调查的方式,调查品管圈干预前后普外科医护人员同情疲劳情况,分析品管圈干预对缓解医护人员同情疲劳的作用。结果在开展品管圈活动前,42人中有轻度同情疲劳者16名,占38.1%;中度同情疲劳者13名,占31.0%;重度同情疲劳者13名,占31.0%,未有无同情疲劳者。干预后,轻度同情疲劳者19名,占45.2%;中度同情疲劳者15名,占35.7%;重度同情疲劳者5名,占11.9%;无同情疲劳者3名,占7.1%。同情满意、职业倦怠和继发性创伤应激,干预前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论品管圈干预有助于缓解普外科医护人员的同情疲劳,有效提高其专业生活质量。Objective To investigate effects of Quality Control Circle intervention on relieving compassion fatigue of medical staff in Department of General Surgery. Methods From January 2016 to September 2016, all 42 medical staff in Department of General Surgery of a Grade-A Tertiary Hospital in Hubei Province were chose as respondents. Questionnaire method was used to investigate compassion fatigue of medical staff in Department of General Surgery before and after Quality Control Circle intervention. And effects of Quality Control Circle intervention on relieving compassion fatigue of medical staff in Department of General Surgery were analyzed. Results Among the 42 respondents, 16 people（38.1%）felt mild compassion fatigue, 13 people（31.0%）felt moderate compassion fatigue and 13 people （31.0%）felt severe compassion fatigue before Quality Control Circle intervention. None of them showed no compassion fatigue. After intervention, 19 people（45.2M） felt mild compassion fatigue, 15 people（35.7%）felt moderate compassion fatigue and 5 people（11.90% ）felt severe compassion fatigue. 3 people（7.1 %）fett no compassion fatigue. Before and after the intervention, there were significant differences in sympathy satisfaction, job burnout, secondary traumatic stress（P 〈0. 001）. Conclusions Quality Control Circle intervention can help relieve compassion fatigue of medical staff in Department of General Surgery and improve their professional quality of life effectively.
