摘  要:目的研制一种能够用于工作场所空气中苯、甲苯采集的新型无泵型采样器,并对其扩散速率进行研究。方法基于Fick扩散定律,使用配气柜模拟工作场所的环境,通过与有泵型采样器的比对,确定无泵型采样器的性能参数,并对可能影响无泵型采样器性能的因素进行研究。结果本研究研制的无泵型采样器对苯的采样速率为(36.56±1.62)ml/min,对甲苯的采样速率为(34.14±1.60)ml/min;采样量与采样时间呈良好的线性关系;温度、湿度及风速等物理因素对采样速率无明显影响。结论本研究研制的新型无泵型采样器符合无泵型采样器研制要求,可用于工作场所空气中苯、甲苯的采集。Objective To determine the sampling rate after designing a new kind of passive sampler for accurately collecting benzene and toluene in workplace air. Methods Based on the Fick's law of diffusion, dynamic vapor generator cabinet was used to simulate the workplace environment, the pump sampler was compared to determine the performance parameter of the passive sampler. The influence factors of sampling rate were studied. Results The sampling rate of passive sampler for benzene and toluene were(36. 56±1.62) mL/min and (34.14 ± 1.60)mL/min respectively. Sampling amount and sampling time had good linear correlation. Physical factors such as temperature, humidity and wind speed had unobvious effect of the sampling efficiency. Conclusions The present study obtains a new kind of passive sampler suitable for sampling benzene and toluene in workplace air. The results demonstrate that it meets the development requirement of passive sampler.
