摘 要:由氮气保护,将乙基乙烯基亚砜和叔丁基乙烯基亚砜在三氟乙酸酐的活化作用下分别与吲哚、N-甲基吲哚、2-甲基吲哚反应合成相应的双吲哚硫醚衍生物。考察了体系中有无2-氯吡啶、原料的投料比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对目标产物产率的影响,得出的优化条件为:体系中加入2-氯吡啶,n(乙基乙烯基亚砜)∶n(2-氯吡啶)∶n(吲哚)=1∶2∶3,反应温度-78℃~室温,反应时间50 h。在该优化条件下,双吲哚硫醚衍生物产率可达41%。A variety of bis (indole) sulfide derivatives have been synthesized by reacting ethyl vinyl sulfoxide or tertbutyl vinyl sulfoxide activated by trifluoroacetic anhydride with indole, N-methylindole, or 2-methylindole, under a nitrogen atmosphere. The effects of varying the major synthetic parameters such as the presence of 2-chloropyridine in the system, the ratio of reactants, temperature and reaction time on the yield have been investigated. The opti- mized synthetic conditions were found to be molar ratio n ( ethyl vinyl sulfoxide) : n (2-chloropyridine) : n (indole) = 1:2: 3, at -78 ℃ to room temperature for 50 h. The yield of bis(indole) sulfide derivatives can be as high as 41% under the optimized conditions.
