摘 要:为准确测量地层孔隙压力,实现随钻地层孔隙压力剖面,开展了随钻地层压力测量系统电液控制技术研究。电液控制系统包括电控和液压2个部分,电控系统为主从式双处理器架构,其中主处理器完成信号测量、处理和存储,执行地层压力回归计算等关键算法,执行液压系统中控任务调度和逻辑控制,对从处理器发出控制指令。从处理器负责电机运行和电磁阀开关控制。其中液压系统由动力源泵站、电磁阀、溢流阀、液压双向锁、探头装置、抽汲装置组成。电液控制系统可实现探头推靠密封、抽汲地层流体、测量地层压力及探头回收等功能。不同渗透率岩心试验和模拟井试验结果表明,地层压力测量曲线与理论曲线一致,表明电液控制系统能够用于随钻地层压力测量系统原理样机的理论验证和试验,为研制实用的随钻地层压力测量系统奠定了基础。In order to get true value of formation pore pressure and form the formation pressure profile while drilling,the electro-hydraulic control technique is studied for developing formation pressure measurement while drilling system.The electro-hydraulic system includes electrical measurement and control sub-system and hydraulic sub-system,where electrical measurement and control sub-system is formed by two micro processer in master-slave mode.The function of master processer is signals measurement,processing and storing in FLASH memories,calling the regressing algorithm of formation pressure,and scheduling the central control tasks and logic controlling tasks,and exchanging commands and data with slave processer,while slave processer maintains the operation of motor and solenoid valves.The hydraulic sub-system is mainly formed by hydraulic pump station,solenoid valves,relief valves,hydraulic two-way lock,probe and pretesting piston.The proposed electro-hydraulic control system can realize the function of pushing the probe out,sealing the pad closely against the wall,and sucking the formation fluids,measuring the formation pressure,and retracting the probe at last.The experiments are carried out by rock core with different permeability and testing wells,and the measured data curves are consistent with theory curves,this result shows that the proposed electro-hydraulic control system is effective for verifying the measurement method of formation pressure while drilling,and will provide a solid foundation for the development of practicable formation pressure testing while drilling system.
