摘  要:本文旨在研究张杂谷谷草在奶牛生产中的应用效果。试验采用年龄和胎次(2~3胎)相近、体重600kg左右的荷斯坦牛40头,随机分为4组,每组10头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别用张杂谷谷草替代20%、40%和60%的玉米秸秆,其余同对照组。试验期测定奶牛采食量、产奶量、乳成分等指标。结果表明:添加谷草的试验组奶牛采食正常,采食量与对照组相比差异不显著,有增加趋势(P>0.05);试验Ⅱ组在试验第20天产奶量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),3个试验组在其他时间的产奶量均高于对照组,但是差异不显著(P>0.05);3个试验组各项乳品质指标与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组较对照组提高了经济效益,随着张杂谷谷草用量的逐渐增加,经济效益越来越明显。This paper aimed to study the application effect of Zhang Hybrid millet straw on the production Performance of dairy cows. Totally 30 Holstein cows with similar age and parity (2 - 3), weight of 600kg, were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each group of 15 cows. Patients were divided into three period, the control group cows were fed corn straw, each experimental group cows were fed with Zhang Hybrid millet straw instead of 20% (test I group), 40% (test II group) and 60% (test III group) of corn stover. Pilot test phase was for 7d, formal period last 30d. The feed intake, milk production, dairy products quality and production performance of the trial period cows were determined. The results showed that the experimental group cows had normal food intake, there was no significant difference between the two groups, the straw feed intake has increased compared with control subjects (P 〉 0.05). Test II group at 20 day milk production test was significantly higher than the control group (P 〈 0.05), the milk yield in other period were higher than control group, but with no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05). There was no statistical significance in each dairy quality indicators between the test group and the control group (P 〉 0.05).
