摘  要:为研究奶牛隐性乳房炎主要致病菌的快速检测方法,本试验选取山西省太原市小店区某规模化奶牛场39头隐性乳房炎患牛,利用Chelex-100方法直接提取奶样金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及停乳链球菌DNA进行检测。结果表明,利用Chelex-100方法直接提取奶样中病原菌DNA检测奶牛隐性乳房炎,具有简单、快速、经济、无污染、PCR敏感性高等优点,对PCR快速检测奶牛隐性乳房炎具有重要意义。In order to develop a rapid detection method of the main pathogenic bacteria for cows recessive mastitis, totally, 39 recessive mastitis cows in a large-scale dairy farm of Taiyuan, Shanxi Province were selected in this study, the Chelex-100 method was used to directly extract DNA from milk sample to detect staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Stop milk streptococcal. Results showed that samples from the milk of pathogenic microorganisms was given priority to with Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The method using Chelex-100 for pathogenic bacteria DNA in directly extracted from milk sample was simple, rapid, economic, pollution-tree and with high PCR sensitivity, recessive rnastitis cows for PCR rapid detection of pathogenic bacteria was of great significance.
