摘　　要：本文从辽宁省农村水利工程维修养护的基本情况入手,分析其在实施维修养护项目管理方面存在的问题和难点,从制度建设、资金分配、实施程序、项目安排、质量监管、资金管理等角度阐述了辽宁省在农村水利工程维修养护项目管理方面所做的探索和尝试。The paper starts with basic situation of rural water conservancy engineering maintenance and curing in Liaoning Province. Problems and difficulties in the aspect of managing maintenance and curing works are analyzed. The exploration and attempts of managing rural water conservancy engineering maintenance and curing projects in Liaoning Province are described from the aspects of system construction, capital allocation, implementation procedures, project arrangement, quality supervision, capital management, etc.
