急性发作期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的营养状况与肺功能、动脉血气指标变化的关系

摘　　要：目的探究急性发作期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(AECOPD)患者的营养状况与肺功能、动脉血气指标变化之间的关系。方法在遵义医学院第五附属珠海医院收治的AECOPD患者中随机抽取出68例作为本次研究的观察对象,根据患者的营养状况将其分入到营养不良组和营养正常组,对比分析两组患者的肺功能:第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、第一秒用力呼吸量与肺活量的百分比(FEV1/FVC)、动脉血气指标。结果营养正常组患者的FEV1、FEV1/FVC值均比营养不良组高(P<0.05);营养正常组患者的PaO_2值高于营养不良组,且PaCO_2值低于营养不良组(P<0.05);p H值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 AECOPD患者的营养状况与肺功能、动脉血气指标之间存在正相关关系,临床医师应重视对患者营养状况的改善,促进肺功能的改善,提高生存质量。Objective To explore the relationship between nutritional status, and pulmonary function and arterial blood gas inde- xes in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD）. Methods 68 patients with acute exac- erbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly selected as the research object. They were divided into malnutrition group and normal nutrition group according to the nutritional status of patients. Lung function （ FEV1 percentage FEV1/FVC FEV1 the first and second forced expiratory volume and vital capacity index （pH）, arterial blood gas, blood oxygen pressure PaO2, PaCO2 PaCO2 ） of two groups were compared. Results In normal nutrition group, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC value are higher than malnutrition group, P 〈 0. 05. In normal nutrition group, PaO2 was higher than malnutrition group, and the PaCO2 value is lower than the malnu- trition group, P 〈 0. 05. There is no significant difference in pH, P 〉 0. 05. Conclusion There is a positive correlation between nu- tritional status, and pulmonary function and the arterial blood gas index of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Clini- cians should pay attention to improving the nutritional status of patients, the lung function and the quality of life.
