摘　　要：目的探讨社会心理护理在改善癌症患者介入治疗前心理状态的效果。方法将2014-01—2015-02间江门市新会区人民医院介入科收治的拟择期行介入治疗的癌症患者74例随机分为观察组与对照组,每组患者各37例,对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施社会心理护理,包含护士心理护理、家属心理护理、病友心理支持和社会关爱团体的心理治疗等。结果观察组干预后的SAS评分及SDS评分均显著低于对照组干预后(P<0.001)。结论社会心理护理通过形式多样、内容丰富、干预人群广泛的方式,可有效改善癌症患者介入治疗前的焦虑及抑郁状态。Objective To explore the effect of psychosocial care in improving psychological status before the intervention in cancer patients. Method 74 patients under elective interventional therapy in Interventional Radiology from January, 2014 to December, 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group, was treated with routine nursing intervention. The observation group, on the basis of control group, was treated with social psychological care nurse, including nurses＇ psychotherapy, family psychological care, patients＇ psychological support and social care organizations. Results The SAS score and SDS scores in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion Psychosocial care through various forms, rich contents and wide approach of intervention group, can im- prove cancer patients＇ anxiety and depression status before treatment.
