摘  要:目的对比研究护理干预对预防学龄前儿童龋齿病的效果,从而了解其对预防儿童乳牙龋齿的重要性。方法随机挑选深圳市第二人民医院辖区内2所幼儿园内240名学龄前儿童分为实验组(A组)和对照组(B组),每组120名儿童,并对实验组(A组)的120名儿童进行为期一年的护理干预,对照组(B组)依旧接受幼儿园的日常传统保健措施;分别对两组儿童在接受口腔检查时配合度、日常不良生活习惯改善情况、龋齿新发病率、龋齿平均治疗时间等方面的结果进行统计学比较分析。结果在口腔检查配合度方面A组儿童配合率为90.0%,B组为60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);日常不良生活习惯改善方面,A组65%的儿童有生活习惯明显改善,B组为30%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组的龋齿新发病率为10.8%,B组为27.5%,在龋齿平均治疗时间方面,A组为(31.7±10.2)min,B组为(53.4±19.7)min,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可以使学龄前儿童主动保护自己的牙齿、改善不良生活习惯、配合口腔检查及治疗,可有效降低学龄前儿童龋齿病的发病率,是一种安全、有效预防儿童龋齿的重要措施,值得广泛推广。Objective To research the importance of nursing intervention on prevention of dental caries in preschool children. Methods Randomly selecting 240 preschool children from 2 kindergartens within the area under the jurisdiction of the hospital. They were divided into experimental group (A group) and control group (group B), with 120 children in each group. 120 children in ex- perimental group had nursing intervention for one year, and control group received regular kindergarten traditional health measures. The correct bad habits degree, the oral examination of the degree of cooperation, dental caries of new incidence, and average times of caries treatment of two groups were respectively compared and analyzed statistically. Results In the oral examination of the degree of cooperation, the rate of A group of children is 90. 0% , and B group is 60. 0%. The difference is statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). In correcting bad habits, the rate of children of A group (65%) is higher than group B (30%). The difference is statistically significant (P 〈0. 05). Dental caries incidence rate of A group is 10. 8%, and 27.5% in group B. A group has (31.7 ± 10. 2 ) min in the time spent on dental caries treatment, and B group has (53.4± 19.7) min. The difference is statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Nursing intervention can make preschoolers initiatively protect their teeth, improve the poor living habits, cooperate with oral examination and treatment, and effectively reduce the incidence of dental caries in preschool children. It is a safe and important measure of effective prevention dental caries in children. So it deserves wide promotion.
