马居里教授治疗糖尿病便秘经验

摘　　要：马居里教授在治疗糖尿病便秘中采用辨证论治为主,辨病与辨证相结合,同时注重调护,疗效显著。常见五种证型如下:肺热津伤,肠道失润;脾肾阳虚,阴寒內结;气血亏虚,瘀血阻滞;肺脾气虚,腑气不通;津液枯竭,无水行舟。Professor Ma Juli adopted the TCM principle of treatment based on syndrome differentiation to remove the symptom of constipation of diabetic patients and combined differentiation of disease with the other symptoms for highlighting patients＇ tonifying and nursing, which is remarkably effective. The common differentiated five syndromes： fluid loss due to lung heat causing dryness of intestines; spleen- kidney yang deficiency and accumulation of cold pathogenic factors inside ; qi-blood loss and stagnation of blood; lung-spleen qi deficiency and obstructed visceral qi ; de- pletion of body fluid.
