摘　　要：小儿慢性咳嗽归属中医学的久咳范畴,治疗较为棘手,从小儿慢性咳嗽的中医病因病机、慢性咳嗽常见疾病、中医辨证治疗及敛肺止咳法临证用药规律等方面论述了敛肺止咳法在小儿慢性咳嗽中的应用机理,配伍经验以及注意要点。Children＇s chronic cough belongs to the scope of long-term cough in Chinese medicine and it is a sticky situation. The paper dedicates to exploring the mechanism of applying the lung-astringing and cough-stopping method and its experience of compatibility as well as focus of attention, from the perspective of chronic cough＇ s etiology and pathogenesis, common diseases, as well as clinical medication principle of the lung-astringing and cough- stopping method by TCM differentiation.
