外耳赘生物产前超声诊断价值的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨外耳赘生物产前超声诊断的价值。方法回顾分析我院2015年1月至2016年12月胎儿外耳赘生物的产前超声诊断情况及其对妊娠结局的影响。结果共检出19例患者,外耳赘生物共26处。其中单纯外耳赘生物5例,合并其他部位畸形14例。3例正常分娩,16例引产。结论外耳赘生物的产前超声诊断可作为一项检出胎儿畸形的重要参考指标,指导临床。Objective： To explore the value of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of preauricular tag. Methods： Review and analysis the preauricular tag ultrasound diagnosis situation and its influence on pregnancy outcome of our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016. Results： 19 cases were found and there were 26 preauricular tag in all, including 5 cases simple preauricular tag and 14 cases malformation combined other parts. 3 cases normal delivery and 16 cases were induced labor. Conclusion： The prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of preauricular tag can be used as an important index for fetal anomaly detection and guiding the clinical.
