摘　　要：目的:通过平衡测试仪器对社区老人进行各项平衡指标测试,预测老人跌倒风险,以便对高危老人给予其一定的防范和指导建议。方法:选择自愿参加测试的60岁以上老人42名作为研究对象,通过MTD平衡测量系统,测量受试者静态和动态平衡指数。结果:通过分别对动静态下两侧测试结果的对比研究,结果提示主动运动模式下静态和动态平衡测试均具有极好的重测信度。结论:MTD平衡测试仪的测量和分析具有一定的重测信度,在筛查老人跌倒风险中具有一定的预见作用,做到及早发现及早预防。Objective： To balance the test equipment for the elderly in the community to carry out the balance of the target test to predict the risk of falls for the elderly in order to give high-risk old people to give some precaution and guidance. Methods： 42 subjects aged 60 years and older who volunteered to participate in the test were selected as the subjects. The static and dynamic equilibrium index of the subjects were measured by MTD balance measurement system. Results： The results show that the static and dynamic balance tests in the active motion mode have excellent re - test reliability by comparing the test results on both sides of the dynamic and static. Conclusion： The measurement and analysis of MTD balance tester has a certain degree of retest reliability, in the screening of the risk of falling in the elderly have a certain foresight, so early detection and early prevention.
