陕西渭南市2010-2015年HIV阳性MSM的行为特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解渭南市男男性行为者(MSM)中艾滋病病毒(HIV)阳性者的背景状况和行为特征,为今后在此人群中开展艾滋病防控工作提供科学依据。方法收集渭南市2010-2015年MSM中HIV阳性者的流行病学资料和实验室检测结果,采用IBM SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析。结果2010-2015年,共报告202例MSM HIV阳性病例,占渭南市HIV阳性者总数(566例)的35.69%,其构成比从2010年的25.00%上升至2015年41.48%。202例HIV阳性MSM中,年龄20~39岁者占55.45%(112例),有婚姻史者占58.42%(118例),初中文化占43.07%(87例),当地户籍占95.05%(192例)。检测方式以其他就诊者为多,占33.66%(68例)。HIV阳性的MSM累计同性性伴中位数为2人。CD4+T淋巴细胞≥350个/μL的病例占52.94%(99/187)。结论MSM中HIV阳性者逐年增加,具有年轻化、有婚姻史者、文化程度低、当地户籍为主等特点。相关部门应开展针对性的宣传教育与干预活动,降低新发感染。Objective To explore the epidemiological and behavioral characteristics of HIV positive people among MSM in Weinan and provide a scientific basis for AIDS prevention and control in the future. Methods Analysis was made based on the epidemiological and laboratorial data of MSM HIV positive cases from 2010 to 2015. Results 202 MSM HIV positive cases were reported since 2010, with the constituent ratio of totally reported HIV positive cases increasing from 25.00% to 41.48%. The cases between the ages of 20-39 years accounted for 55.45%（112/202）, with 58.42% （118/202） married, 43.07% （87/202） receiving lower education and 95. 05% （192/202） of local residents. 33.66% （68/202） were detected as HIV positive when they visited clinics for other medical services. The median number of their total homosexual partner was 2. The CD4 ＋ T lymphocyte cells were more than or equal to 350/ktL accounting for 52.94% （99/187）. Conclusion The MSM infected with HIV is increasing gradually. They also have the characteristics such as young age, marital history, low education level and local registered residence. We need to conduct behavior intervention based on the characteristics of the MSM, hy scaling up HIV screening, strengthening publicity of AIDS related knowledge and education, so as to reduce new HIV infections.
