术中支架植入术治疗主动脉弓分支血管变异的Stanford B型主动脉夹层6例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨术中支架植入术治疗主动脉弓分支血管变异的Stanford B型主动脉夹层的临床效果,为临床治疗提供参考.方法 回顾性分析我院2014年1月至2016年10月利用术中支架植入术治疗6例主动脉弓分支变异的B型主动脉夹层患者的临床资料.结果 所有患者均康复,围手术期无死亡,1例出现声音嘶哑,1例术后出现乳糜胸.结论 通过随访结果观察,对于主动脉弓分支血管变异的Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者,术中支架植入术确实可靠,尤其是60岁以下的年轻患者,该方法是目前比较好的治疗方法.Objective To evaluate the intraoperative aortic arch stent implantation treatment branch of vascular variation Stanford type B aortic dissection of clinical effect,and provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital between January 2014 and October 2016 using intraoperative stent implantation for the treatment of 6 cases of aortic arch branches variable clinical data type B aortic dissection.Results All patients were recovered,no perioperative death,1 case appeared hoarse,1 case of postoperative chylothorax.Conclusion Through the follow-up results of observation,the branch of the aorta vascular variation of Stanford type B aortic dissection patients,the method is reliable,especially in young patients under the age of 60,the use of intraoperate stent implantation treatment is a better treatment method.
