摘　　要：《傅青主女科》血崩昏暗的治疗主方是固本止崩汤。本文主要介绍固本止崩汤的方药组成及其方歌、功效、主治、方解、验案等。固本止崩汤以辨证属于气血亏虚为要点。症见:妇人突然经血大下,量多不止,甚至昏厥在地,人事不知,或经血久下,或多或少,伴有面色苍白,四肢厥冷,气息微微。病情危急,须及时救治。The main treatment of haemorrhage is Guben Zhibeng decoction in Fu Qingzhu＇s Obstetrics and Gynecology. This paper mainly introduced Guben Zhibeng decoction and its efficacy, indications, prescription, proved cases, etc. The key points of Guben Zhibeng decoction are the deficiency of qi and blood. Symptoms are the woman＇s suddenly bleeding, more than the amount, even fainted on the ground, unconscious, or bleeding for a long time, more or less, with pale, cold limbs and breathe slightly. The critical condition needs deal with timely.
