摘　　要：本文介绍尹燕耀教授治疗慢性乙型肝炎(HBV)相关慢加急性肝衰竭前期经验,认为HBV相关慢加急性肝衰竭前期尤其重视疏通大肠,并提出千金犀角散加味治疗HBV相关慢加急性肝衰竭前期可能的中医机制,并列举HBV相关慢加急性肝衰竭前期治验1则加以例证。The experience of Yin＂ Yanyao in the treatment of HBV associated chronic acute liver failure in early stage was intro- duced. Yin Yanyao thought that in the treatment of HBV related acute chronic liver failure early especially should pay attention to dredge the large intestine, and proposed a possible mechanism for the modified Qianjin Xijiao powder in treating HBV associated chronic acute liver failure in early stage. One example was exemplified.
