益气凉血活血法治疗难治性过敏性紫癜36例

摘　　要：目的探讨以益气凉血活血组方之芪黄消斑饮方治疗儿童难治性过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法通过对63例患儿随机分为中药治疗组(36例),西药对照组(27例)进行系统的临床对照观察,于治疗前后进行统计学处理和对比。结果 1)中医治疗组能较快的减少患儿尿蛋白水平;西药治疗组在减少蛋白尿水平方面更具优势;2)中医治疗组对减少尿红细胞方面有更好的疗效;3)中医治疗组复发率更少,疗效更稳定;4)中药组远较西药组副作用少,患者更易耐受。Objective To investigate the effect of benefiting qi for cooling blood and promoting blood circulation Qihuang Xiaoban de- eoetion in the treatment of children refractory allergic purpura. Methods 63 eases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group （36 eases） and control group （27 cases） . The clinical observation was analyzed statistically and compared before and after treatment. Results The traditional Chinese medicine group can quickly reduce children＇s urinary protein levels. The Western medicine group in reducing proteinuria levels had advantage. The traditional Chinese medicine group in decreasing urinary red blood cells had a better effect. The traditional Chinese medicine group had less recurrence rate, and the effect was more stable. The traditional Chinese medicine group had fewer side effects than the Western medicine group. Patients were more likely to tolerate.
