电针结合龙氏正骨手法治疗神经根型颈椎病30例

摘　　要：目的分析探讨电针结合龙氏正骨手法治疗神经根型颈椎病患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年8月—2016年3月门诊收治的60例神经根型颈椎病患者并分为2组,对照组和观察组各30例,治疗组采用常规电针结合龙氏正骨手法治疗,对照组采用常规电针治疗。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为90%,较对照组的治疗总有效率70%明显提高(P<0.05)。结论采用电针结合龙氏正骨手法治疗神经根型颈椎病具有良好效果。Objective To explore the curative effect of electro acupuncture combined with Longshi manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods From August 2014 to March 2016 in our department, 60 cases of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were divided control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with convenlional acupuncture combined with Longshi manipulation treatment. The control group was treated wilh routine acupuncture treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, the total effective rate of control group was 70%, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of electro acupuncture combined with Longshi manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has good effect.
