知药理 读经典 做临床——基于中药药理和整体辨证的治疗方案

摘　　要：跟名师、读经典、做临床是国家中医药管理局为培养全国优秀中医临床人才而提出的学习原则和方法,通过跟随国医大师学习体会,结合读经典,提高临床诊疗水平,但名师资源有限,如何更好地使中医药学服务于临床,笔者从中药药理学和中医经典整体观各自特点及统一性进行了阐述,认为立足于中药药理和整体辨证相结合的治疗方案能够更有利于中医药学服务于临床。With the famous teacher, reading classics, doing clinical are the principles and methods of learning proposed by the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine in order to cultivate the national excellent traditional Chinese medicine clinical personnel. By following the national medical master learning experience, combine reading classics, the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment were improved. But teacher resources are limited. How to better make the Chinese medicine services in clinical medicine was clarified from the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacology and the traditional Chinese medicine as a whole concept of the characteristics and the unity of the exposition. Based on the combination of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacology and integral syndrome differentiation, the treatment plan can be more beneficial to the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
