摘　　要：福田区是深圳的老城区,辖区内有较多的社会办医疗机构,如何管理好这些民营医疗机构尤为重要。福田区卫生和计划生育局大胆创新,依托辖区热衷公益事业的11家社会办医医疗机构,于2013年6月组建了"深圳市福田区社会医疗机构行业协会"。至今在短短三年的时间里,为辖区内的社会办医事业作出了卓有成效的突出贡献,其创建经验和运作模式值得推广。Shenzhen Futian district is an old district, and there are many social medical organizations in this area. As for managing and developing these organizations in this area, Health and Family Planning Commission of Futian Municipality was bald in blazing new trial of setting up ＂ Shenzhen Futian District Association for Non-government Medical Industry＂ , which is based on 11 social medical organizations. Founded in June 2013, the association has made great effort for the social medicine career in Futian. Its founding experience and operation model is worth popularizing.
