摘  要:目的探讨加味清中汤治疗慢性湿热中阻型胃炎的临床疗效。方法将96例符合纳入标准的慢性湿热中阻型胃炎患者随机分为西药组和中医中药组各48例。西药组给予常规西药对症治疗,中医中药组辨证施治采用清中汤加味。结果 2组总有效率比较及不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中医中药组疗效优于西药组。结论加味清中汤治疗慢性湿热中阻型胃炎有较好的临床疗效。值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Qingzhong decoction in the treatment of dampness-heat obstruction chronic gastritis. Methods 96 cases of patients who met the inclusion criteria with dampness-heat obstruction chronic gastritis were randomly divided into Western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group, with 48 cases in each group. The Western medicine group applied conventional Western medicine symptomatic treatment. The traditional Chinese medicine group applied mod- ified Qingzhong decoction. Conclusion There were significant differences in the total effective rate and adverse reaction rate between the two groups (P〈0.05) . The curative effect of the TCM group was better than that of the Western medicine group. Conclusion The modified Qingzhong decoction in the treatment of dampness-heat obstruction chronic gastritis has good clinical curative effect. So it is worthy of clinical use.
