中西医结合治疗性病后慢性前列腺炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析中西医结合治疗性病后慢性前列腺炎的临床治疗效果;方法选择我院2014年1月—2016年1月收治的性病后慢性前列腺炎患者100例,按照随机原则将全部患者分成对照组和实验组各50例,对照组患者给予单纯西医治疗,实验组患者给予中西医结合治疗;结果实验组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组患者,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对性病后慢性前列腺炎患者进行治疗时,中西医结合治疗具有比较显著的临床疗效,具有临床推广价值和应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical eurati＇ve effect of eombining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic prostatitis after venereal disease. Methods 100 cases of patients with chronic prostatitis after venereal disease in our hos- pital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected. According to the principle of random, all patients were divided into control group and experimental group, and each group had 50 eases. The control group was treated with simple Western medicine treatment. The patients in the experimental group were given combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Results The total clinical ef- fective rate of the the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference had statistical sig- nificance （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion in the venereal disease in patients with chronic prostatitis treatment, Chinese and Western The combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic prostatitis after venereal disease has significantly clinical curative effect, and has clinical promotion value and application value.
