乌药的中药学及临床应用文献综述

摘　　要：乌药作为传统中药,具有行气止痛、温肾散寒的作用。通过对历代医学文献中关于乌药功效的记载及近30年临床应用的文献资料进行整理分析,总结乌药临床应用配伍规律。从而为乌药研究及临床应用提供参考。包括:乌药的中药学文献研究;乌药的药理学作用;乌药在天台乌药散、四磨汤、暖肝煎、百合乌药汤、乌药汤、缩泉丸等复方的应用。Wuyao as a traditional Chineseherbal medicine has effect of activating qi-flowing for relieving pain and warming kidney for dispelling cold. By sorting out and analyzing the records about the efficacy of medicine ancient medical literature and nearly 30 years of clinical literature, the paper summarized the clinical application of medicine compatibility rule, and provided reference tier the re- search of wuyao and clinical practice, which includes the review of tile Science of Chinese Pharmacology of Wuyao, the pharmacology effect of Wuyao, the nlodern clinical application of Wuyao, such as Tiantai Wuyao power, Siino decoction, Nuangan decoction, Baihe Wuyaodeeoction, Wuyao decoction and Suoquan pill and so on.
