摘　　要：随着人们生活压力的增大,偏头痛患者逐年增多,如何降低发病率,提高人们的生活质量,是从事中医脑病工作者未来的研究重点。吾师崔应麟教授临证多年,认为脉络失和为其病理变化,风痰瘀阻为其发病基础,立祛风化痰,活血通络之大法,创"加味散偏汤",随证加减,取得了较好的临床疗效。With the increasing pressure of people＇s lives, migraine patients are increasing, how to reduce the incidence and improve the quality of people＇s life is engaged in traditional Chinese medicine eerebropathy workers focus of future. Based on the studies and many years of a career in medicine experience, Professor Cut Yinglin thought that imbanace collaterals are pathological changes, wind phlegm and blood stasis resistaneeare basis. The dispelling pathogenic wind and promoting blood circulation to remove obstruction combined with ＂ modified sanpian decoction＂ with syndrome, and good clinical efficacy has been achieved.
