从肾主外谈丁樱教授经验方对小儿肾病综合征的理论研究

摘　　要：《黄帝内经》自古即有"肾主外"的观点,其分析包括肾助肺司呼吸,主表;助膀胱经顾护卫阳之气;肾主骨以为外坚;肾主水,肿在外属水等。丁樱教授通过多年临床经验积累,总结自拟方"肾病方",临床疗效颇佳。笔者从中医"肾主外"这一角度剖析丁师肾病方组方用药之妙仅供各位临床工作者参考;同时,"肾病方"亦为"肾主外"这一观点完善了现代临床依据。Since ancient times, Huangdi Neijing has discussed ＂ the kidney administrate the external＂ , which inclussed that the kidney promotes lung controlling breathing to manage the surface, driving bladdermeridian managing defensive energy, governing bones to strong externa and governing water dropsy belongs to epibiotic water etc. Through the long-term clinical experience, Professor Dingying has sumed up a prescription which has a good result in curing children nephropathy. On the one hand, the author tried analyzed the experienced nephrosis prescription of Professor Dingying to assist Clinical scientists, on the other hand, the experienced nephrosis prescription also perfects the viewpoint of ＂ the kidney administrate the external＂ in modern times.
