不同浓度的双柏散联合多样化健康教育缓解中度癌痛30例

摘　　要：目的观察并分析不同浓度的双柏散外敷联合多样化健康教育对缓解中度癌性疼痛患者的作用。方法通过随机、对照的方法,将60例符合纳入标准的患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例,以7 d为1个疗程,记录2组患者治疗前后疼痛缓解程度、记录每天敷药后1 h、2 h、3 h、4 h NRS评分下降幅度、记录2组患者使用曲马多注射液的次数和量,并统计分析。结果治疗组患者缓解疼痛的总有效率为90%,对照组患者总有效率为80%,治疗组缓解疼痛能更快起效,使用曲马多注射液止痛的次数更少,NRS评分更低,且试验过程无出现一例不良反应。结论双柏散外敷联合多样化健康教育能更快更好的缓解中度癌痛,达到止痛的目的。Objective To observe and analyze the different concentrations of Shuangbai powder combined with diversified health education on relieving moderate cancerous pain. Methods By randomized and controlled method, 60 eases of patients met standard were divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 eases in each group and 7 days for a period of treatment. Before and after treatment, the degree of pain relief, NRS score descent range after medication of 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours and 4 hours every day, the number of two groups of patients using tramadol injection and quantity were recorded and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of pain relief in the treatment group and the control group was 90% and 80%, respectively, the treatment group can relieve pain faster, use the number of tramadol injection pain less, NRS score is lower, and no adverse reaction case was found during the test. Conclusion Shuangbai powder combined with diversified health education can better and faster relieve moderate cancerous pain, and achieve the goal of the relieving pain.
