当归四逆汤治疗寒湿凝滞型痛经40例

摘　　要：目的观察当归四逆汤治疗寒湿凝滞型痛经的疗效。方法随机将76例原发性痛经患者分成治疗组(40例)和对照组(36例)。治疗组给予当归四逆汤治疗,对照组给予颠茄片口服治疗,2组均治疗3个月经周期后评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率33.3%。2组疗效相互比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论当归四逆汤治疗寒湿凝滞型痛经的疗效明显。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Danggui Sini decoction in treating dysmenorrhea of cold-dampness coagulation and stagnation type. Methods Seventy-six eases of primary dysmenorrheal patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n=40） was treated with Danggni Sini decoction and control group （n=36） was treated with oral belladonna tablets. They were treated for 3 menstrual cycles. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 90% and 33.3%, respectively, and there was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Danggni Sini decoction in treating dysmenorrhea of cold-dampness coagulation and stagnation type has significantly clinical therapeutic effect.
