蠲痹却滑汤结合比拟水针刀疗法治疗慢性膝关节滑膜炎32例  

Juanbi Quehua Decoction Combined with Hydro-acupuncture Knife Therapy in the Treatment of Chronic Knee Synovitis for 32 Cases

摘　　要：目的观察研究蠲痹却滑汤结合水针刀对慢性膝关节滑膜炎的疗效。方法随机将选取的63例患者分别采用蠲痹却滑汤结合比拟水针刀治疗(治疗组32例)和单纯比拟水针刀治疗(对照组31例)。在治疗前、后分别观察、记录WOMAC量表膝关节疼痛及运动功能、膝关节肿胀体征的变化、滑膜炎综合临床疗效。结果 2组患者治疗前后,滑膜炎综合临床疗效比较,治疗组痊效率96.88%(31/32),优于对照组90.32%(28/31),且P<0.05;疼痛程度和运动功能评分均有明显改善(P<0.01);治疗前后2组评分差也有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论蠲痹却滑汤结合比拟水针刀疗法治疗慢性膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效优于单纯比拟水针刀治疗,值得推广。Objective To research and observe the clinical effect of Juanbi Quehua decoction combined with hydro-acupuncture knife therapy in the treatment of chronic knee synovitis. Methods 63 cases of patients were randomly selected and assigned to the control group （31 cases） was only treated with hydro-acupuncture knife therapy and treatment group （32 cases） was treated with Juanbi Quehua decoction combined with hydro-acupuncture knife therapy. Before and after treatment, the indexes of the two groups including WOMAC scale for pain in knee joint and formotion function of joint, the change of knee joint swelling, comprehensive clinical effect were observed, recorded and analyzed respectively. Results Comparing with the clinical effect in two groups of patients before and after treatment, the improvement rate of the treatment group was 96.88% （31/32） which was better than 90.32% （28/ 31） of the control group, and P〈O.05. The degree of pain in knee joint and motor function scores were significantly improved （P〈 0.01） . Before and after treatment, the difference value of the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01） . Conclusion The clinical effect of Juanbi Quehua decoction combined with hydro-acupuncture knife therapy in the treatment of chronic knee synovitis is better than that of hydro-acupuncture knife therapy. It is worth promoting.
