推拿整复结合中药熏蒸对耻骨联合分离孕产妇疼痛的护理

摘　　要：目的观察采用中医推拿整复结合中药熏蒸对耻骨联合分离孕产妇疼痛的护理效果。方法对辽宁省沈阳市红十字会医院妇产科病房收治的32例耻骨联合分离孕产妇通过中医推拿整复结合中药熏蒸等综合方法进行护理,并采国际通用的数字分级法进行疼痛评估。结果全部32例产褥期患者通过中医推拿整复结合中药熏蒸综合干预后疼痛评分与护理前比较均明显降低(P<0.05),干预后疼痛与干预前比较得到有效缓解。结论对耻骨联合分离的孕产妇进行中医推拿整复结合中药熏蒸综合护理,不但可以有效缓解产褥期患者的疼痛感,而且还可以使患者的焦虑情绪得到释放,在一定程度上促进了耻骨联合孕产妇的愈合进度。Objective To observe the nursing effect of TCM massage technique combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on maternal pain nursing care of pubic symphysis separation. Methods 32 cases of pubic symphysis separation patients in ward of obstetrics and gynecology of Liaoning Province Red Cross Hospital were treated with TCM massage technique combined with tradi- tional Chinese medicine fumigation and other comprehensive method of nursing. The international general digital classification method was adopted for assessment of pain. Results 32 cases of patients with puerperal after comprehensive intervention by TCM massage technique combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation pain scores were significantly lower （P 〈 0.05） . After the intervention, it effectively relieved pain comparing with before the intervention. Conclusion The pubic symphysis separation of maternal fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine massage technique combined with comprehensive nursing care not only can effectively alleviate the pain of puerperium patients, but also can make patient anxiety release, to a certain extent, promote the healing progress of the pubic symphysis maternal.
