疮灵液联合光子治疗仪对混合痔术后疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察疮灵液联合光子治疗仪配合针对性较高的优质护理措施对于混合痔术后临床效果。方法 40例患者按1∶1原则随机分为治疗组和对照组;治疗组术后常规坐浴,用疮灵液纱条换药配合光子治疗仪照射创面;对照组常规坐浴,用凡士林纱条换药。2组均给予优质护理。结果治疗组患者术后创面的愈合时间短于对照组,且临床恢复效果好。结论疮灵液联合光子治疗仪配合有针对的优质护理方案对于混合痔术后创面效果确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chuangling solution and photon therapeutic instrument combined with high-quality effective nursing measures for postoperative mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 40 cases of patients by 1：1 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with conventional hip bath with gauze and Chuangling solution and photon therapeutic instrument. The control group was treated with Vaseline gauze hip bath. Two groups were given high quality care. Results The wound healing rate of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group, and the clinical healing effect was good. Conclusion Chuangling solution and photon therapeutic instrument combined with high-quality effective nursing measures for postoperative mixed hemorrhoids has exactly curative effect.
