摘  要:为了恢复异龙湖的原生沉水植物群落的优势物种苦草(Vallisneria natans),在异龙湖0.5 m、1.0 m、1.5 m和2.0 m深度水中,开展苦草生长实验;监测苦草的株高、叶片数、鲜质量、根长、日相对生长率和叶片中的过氧化氢(H2O2)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)含量等生理生化指标,研究在水中不同深度的苦草的生长特性。研究结果表明,0.5 m和1.0 m深度水层的苦草生长良好,未出现代谢失衡,未出现明显的生长被抑制现象;受水中溶解氧含量低的影响,1.5 m深度水层的苦草出现了生物质膜氧化现象,生长受到抑制;2.0 m深度水层的苦草出现负增长,叶片中丙二醛积累过量,细胞质膜破坏严重。因此,在异龙湖水环境现状下,深度小于1.5 m的水层适合苦草生长,在深度小于1.0 m的水层内恢复苦草,可以取得较高的成活率。The aim of this research is to restore dominant specie Vallisneria natans in Yilong Lake. A experiment of Vallisneria natans growth was conducted in Yilong Lake at depths of 0.5 m, 1.0 m, 1.5 m and 2.0 m.The growth characteristics of Vallisneria natans in Yilong Lake at depths of 0.5 m, 1.0 m, 1.5 m and 2.0 m were explored by monitoring plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight, root length, daily relative growth rate, content of hydrogen peroxide, activities of catalase and malonaldehyde, and other physiological and biochemical indexes of Vallisneria natans. The results showed that the Vallisneria natans at depths of 0.5 m and1.0 m exhibited a good growth without metabolic imbalance or obvious growth inhibition; owing to low dissolved oxygen, the Vallisneria natans at depth of 1.5 m appeared the phenomenon of biological plasma membrane oxidation with growth inhibition; the Vallisneria natans at depth of 2.0 m appeared a negative growth with excessive accumulation of malonaldehyde and serious destruction of plasma membrane. As a consequence, on the condition of the current water environment of Yilong Lake, the water depths of 1.5 m and below were suitable for survival of Vallisneria natans, and it could achieve a relativity higher survival rate to the restoration of Vallisneria natans within the scope of water depths of 1.0 m and below.
